Invoices are due March 15, 2026. A Late Payment Payment applies to unpaid Invoices

For 2026, the Association is seeking three (3) homeowners to volunteer for service on the Board of Directors. In order to operate the HOA in compliance with our bylaws we need at least 3 members on the board.

Windsor Park is a subdivision in Montville Township, located 4 miles Southeast from downtown Medina, Ohio. The development has 56 homes. Windsor Park is surrounded by Emerald Lakes and Turnberry subdivisions and is one of the premier sub-divisions in the heart of Medina County.
